We will do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can report the dispute for mediation to Stichting WebwinkelKeur. It is also possible for consumers to register a complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
